“I had placed an online order, my order never delivered I called corporate they called the store that my order was being filled by. I received a call the same day from Joe Krawiec he explained that it was a computer glitch he tried to fix it Joe called me back to keep me updated on what was happening but we had to reorder it, Joe guided me through the process of reordering it and made sure it was correct. The next morning he checked on it called me immediately and said that my order had been shipped and I should receive it on Tuesday, which I did!. Joe made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with for 2 days! He took time to listen to me complain! I felt he understood my frustration. And he followed up with me!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore!! Like I said he followed up the next day with a phone call!!

“I was very happy today to visit my Tractor Supply in Glenmont NY! Great service as a called ahead of time to see if they had a canner in stock. Not only did they have the canner in stock they also held it for me so I could get it on my lunch break. Then to my surprise they price matched Walmarts price on the canner as well! Thank you for great service! I highly recommend they. Go see them for all your summer and all season needs!!! Kudos to you the cashier and manager on today I appreciate you both!”

“I was not previously familiar with the Hatchet Hardware stores, and it was not obvious to me that this was (a new) one until I did a search online. There was no obvious sign for that - but plenty of ACE banners - except a letter-sized paper on the front door. The store is quite clean and very well laid out. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance very shortly after entering the store. The selection of products in the store, ACE and otherwise, satisfies most of my home and garden needs. They're not the only ACE hardware store in my vicinity, and not the closest to me either, but it's great to have this store as another option, especially when I'm shopping in Colonie.”

“Had a great experience at Little Falls Lumber! My partner and I are planning on building some new raised bed gardens this year. This was our first time going to a lumberyard and it felt a little overwhelming at first. Luckily we were greeted by a friendly associate Andy who helped us find exactly what we needed and got us set up with a same day delivery for a fraction of what the big orange store had quoted us. We had a great experience and will be back in the future.”

“I am not a frequent customer of Lowes and have not been to Lowes in a while now. I was up in Albany and looking for a very specific item. I will definitely change that habit. As infrequently as I visit Lowes, they always have exactly what I am looking for, in this case, gutter guards. The all have a huge parking lot with centrally located handicapped parking. Very short walk to the store which was definitely very well stocked. Took a walk through the store afterwards to get an idea of what is now available. I was really impressed to that they now carry a full line of Craftman tools. I really never saw a spread of them like this, they had items that I had never seen before. They also had quite the collection of power tools. Many different manufacturers covering all price points. The team member I spoke with was extremely helpful and guided us perfectly to the area I needed to find the item(s) I was looking for. The store is clean and organized, easy to navigate. KUDOs to the team here at Lowes.”
“Do they have everything in the quantities of the big box stores? No. Do they have what you need? Probably. Does that come with that personable small town mom and pop hardware store vibe? Yep. For all my DIY projects I come here first. Usually saves me a trip and the workers here are just good salt if the earth folk who know what they are talking about.”

If I have to wear a Covid mask to mask the dust and garbage stench, chances are I will not come back.The staff in the kitchen section was very friendly and took a few minutes to chat me up and tell me different ways to solve a home-related shelving idea. The guy in this section told me what he used to do for a living in Manhattan and that gave me some color and flavor as to his expertise and general knowledge of the questions I was asking. Really great staff!Items are marked and well-stocked. Isles were easy to navigate compared to some other small homeware shops. Unfortunately, like I said: There was sawdust all over the place, candy wrappers, water bottles, trash, nails, used Kleenex, papers, flyers and none of the carts were clean, unsticky or NOT grimy or rusted. Great staff. Easy isles. Floors were a hellhole!Clean the entrance, car lot and the ISLES for goodness sake.Review: 4”

“Ì came in for a pressure washer and Leslie in garden showed me where they were. I asked her about a medicine cabinet on display but not on the shelf. She told me it wasn't her usual department and she was getting ready to go on break but she would find out for me, and come find me. And she did! She then went to the med.cab. section with me, found tools and a ladder, and removed the display model from the wall as it was the last one. I kept saying do you want to get someone else so you can go on break? She said, no, I'm going to see this through. It was no easy feat getting that cabinet down!!! She never gave up. Fabulous fabulous fabulous customer service. She deserves the highest praise!”

“Lowe's review? Sure.As far as a comparison goes with other Lowe's stores that I have been to in New York and other states, this one is operated at a very high standard. It is sure to have most anything that your home, lawn, property could need and then some. High-price items are locked up, as I was made aware there was some thefts happening during the floyd riots and post-pandemic. All the isles are spic'n'span and lunch hour is the time when some materials are rolled out on carts and restocked on shelves.On a few occasions I have needed some input with the lumber and garden departments and all the staff (old and new) were very helpful and kind - one woman even walked half the store to make sure I got my item!The one sticky point, is the return desk (3 stations) where, without any fail, late in the morning or late in PM; there's always a backed up line. Please get 1 extra person to assist at this crucial desk.Above average Lowe's.5”
