“Katonah Shipping is a great local business with great owners and employees. I’ve been using their services for two years now and they are always helpful, welcoming and greet me with a smile. Recently, I had a very complicated return to make that involved 10 extremely large, heavy packages - not only did they make me feel like I was welcome in their store, they actively helped me solve the problem with my return, load my truck, repackage materials and coordinate the shipping labels. Even on a busy Friday with other patrons in and out of the store, they made sure solving my shipment was a priority for them. They approached the situation with empathy and experience. “I shipped a gigantic piece of art which was packed and shipped by Jim at the UPS store in Ridgefield. Despite his incredible effort to package it safely, the package was damaged later on its journey. Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. I'm grateful to live in a town with service of this degree and will be using UPS in Ridgefield for all my important business needs.”

“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, nice and accommodating. We had to pick up a package that could not be delivered because our warehouse had to close early. The driver was not going to be back until after closing but the staff let us stay and wait to get our package. Then Leo went above and beyond to help us get the very heavy box to our car in the pouring rain. So nice to encounter such helpful and friendly people at the end of an especially challenging day.”
“I am from out of town and a package that was supposed to go to Pennsylvania ended up at the South Salem Post Office. I have never experienced such excellent service as I did at this post office. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number.
