“Today 9/12/24 I had the pleasure of coming to your poughkeepsie branch and dealing with Alina. I was in a panic fearing the worst that my account had been frozen when attempts to pay a bill after a direct deposit of my paycheck finding the card was denied. Alina dealt with me with patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding. Making a gut wrenching situation as easy and pleasant as possible. Not only did she perform excellent customer service, she also reset the tone of my entire day.In that moment I found myself reflecting back on the hundreds of transactions I've completed thru her and came to the realization that she has always performed in the same manner. Ulster saving should be delighted at two facts in this situation
1) That your institution is lucky enough in this day and age to have such a person in their employ
2) That I don't have my own business, because I would pay her whatever she wants to come work for me.
Thankfully for you guys I am a civil servant and in no need for employees.
Please do everything in your power to keep her at your institution, she is by far the best at what she does that I have ever seen in my 48 years.

Mr. Vernon was very understanding, was very professional and took his time to correct the issue and after quite a few weeks of tussle, closed the account and made me a happier individual. “May I just say when I was young girl, my Grandma would bring me to Manufacturers & Trust in Manhattan, it was her bank for many years. When I became an adult, I also became a client of M &T. I have had businesses & personal accounts for many years in many branches. The staff at the Poughkeepsie branch jefferson circle, are the most amazing people and remind me of the early 60s, when my grandmother would bring me to the bank. She would go into her safe deposit box and the employees of the bank would take care of me, give me candy and comfort. I remember those days fondly. Now, in my senior years, this bank believed in me when probably no one else did. I thank every single one of you there, every single one of you for the beautiful atmosphere that you have created of true customer service... and I especially love the candy. “If I was writing a review of KeyBank as a whole, it might not be so good as we ended up dealing with a lengthy, unnecessary issue with the fraud department when my husband added his phone number to my account.But thanks to Kaitlin Cox at the Marlboro branch, the whole experience was handled so graciously, compassionately, and patiently that we can't help but leave her a 5-star review.She stayed on top of the matter, updating us as often as possible, and making us feel confident she would get it taken care of.
