“This Verizon is probably the best in the Hudson Valley. It is the first time I walked into a store and felt comfortable - ALL BECAUSE of Christian T.! He was very helpful! My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and Apple Watches. We even reviewed our current plan and were able to bundle our Netflix and Disney account to save money. I was so pleased that I decided to apply for the Verizon credit card as well. Very glad I did! His level of expertise and customer service is that of a corporate level! Thank you”

Some grandfathered in options they no longer have. This location was extremely helpful, and I will recommend it to everyone I know and I will continue to go to there . They're Absolutely the best !!! “I stopped in twice last week. First visit was tough because I was in a bind due to a misunderstanding with my bill at AT&T, which was becoming overwhelmingly too expensive to manage. I also had to be at work in less than an hour, so I was on a time crunch. As soon as I walked in, Tulio greeted me immediately. I explained my situation and I was able to get a brand new S25 Ultra and the plan he quoted was way less than what I was paying over at the Blue. So far the network service has been stellar also! Tulio got me in and out in about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and friendly and deserves a shout out for telling me about the free tablet they were offering- I came back for that a couple of days later when I had more time. That time, I spoke with Basel who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable; I walked out with a brand new S9 Tab FE 5G. My overall experience at Cellular Sales Verizon was excellent and would highly recommend you stop there if you llive near the Galleria!! If you don't, it will be worth the drive I promise.”
