“Calls were failing all morning.
Late for an appointment and called to let them know I would be late and called fail. 11:00 am.
Leaving another appointment at 4:00pm and call failed. No service.
Went to ATT and Cynthia was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and experienced. She gets a 12 out of 10 rating for her service.”
