“I was in and out of this store in just a few minutes. The weather ifoutside was over 90 degrees and I not only had to return my Amazon pkg.. but I also had to carry my 18 pound puppy.m(the pavement was boiling hot) The associate saw that I was struggling to carry the box and my dog.. she rushed over and took my box and asked me if it was an Amazon return.. I provided her with my scan code and she thanked me for using UPS and gave me my receipt. She asked me if she could help me with anything else. I advised her that I would return when the weather was cooler to ship out a watercolor painting that I had sold.. She advised that UPS could package the painting and ship it too the buyer..”
“Morgan went above and beyond in several ways. I was returning an Amazon package and she helped me in securing the package, helped me in finding the correct procedures but most important, I left my phone at the store. When I went back she had secured the phone in a drawer out of site and access should she not be at the front desk. Her demeanor was highly professional and never once made me feel less than a valued customer. She is a tremendous asset to UPS and I hope she is working on my next trip to the Skaneateles, NY UPS store.”
