“I have been banking with Trustco for 30+ years and the one on Crescent Rd for about 15. A few years ago I had several issues with the way the staff responded and assisted so I haven’t gone inside for at least 2 years. Yesterday I had a transaction that required me to go in person and I was very pleasantly surprised!
