“My family went to this location on 2/14/2026 at around 10am to get new phones and switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Customer Service at this store was excellent there were three staff members working and they all were extremely helpful and kind . I will continue to go to this location due to it’s customer service.”

“I had a great experience with Spectrum at the Webster location. I’d like to thank Jake Montgo, he’s a manager at another location but came to help out that day. “After a very annoying 4.5 hours dealing with customer service and billing via telephone this morning, and being given the run around over an online order I placed that nobody was able to find or give me any info on, I walked into this store incredibly frustrated.It took the guys two seconds to find the order and let me know what was going on and attempt to help me. While I did not end up with the device I wanted to purchase, and am a little frustrated that the online rep gave me some bad information, the employees at the Holt Rd store were great!Edited: I have since found out that the financing issues were due to someone I spoke to on the phone voiding a payment but not my order, so my account appeared to be over my financing limit. However, with the order canceled, I should have been back UNDER my financing limit and able to make the purchase. So just a fail all the way around. I still rate the store 5 stars because they couldn't possibly know the entire rigamarole that was done to my account before I got to them.”
