The staff was just amazing! Joelle the Event planner was just wonderful to work with, very patient and understanding of everything I had asked for and made it happen. Megan who worked the event in Joelle absent took over where Joelle left off and was great to work with and very patient and accommodating. Raphael the bartender was outstanding, attentive to everyone and remember everyone drink. This crew is why the Jackrabbit Club/Goodluck is so successful.
The owners Mike & Chuck are always so welcoming to thier guests and always make you feel welcomed at of any and all of there restaurants from Good Luck, Luckys, Jackrabbit Club, Cure, Java's and wildflower...
They are Rochester best of the best.

“I was here for a birthday party. I thought the atmosphere was great and it was very clean. The arcade was by far the most fair cost per game and you were actually able to use up all credits on card. Unlike other arcades.”
“I've been going to the Cinema since I was a kid. I remember seeing ET with my mother there when it first came out!
It has to be very difficult to compete with large corporations so I love that they're doing something different here. I like the idea that they have a full drink and food menu. I didn't like that we had to order/pay all through an app. We went with 9 people and the price to see Mario was very reasonable! I can't say the same for the price for the popcorn and drinks though.
I would certainly recommend changing the office chairs for something better.
Overall I recommend going. Support small businesses and keep them alive!”
“RIT Tait Preserve was the wedding venue of our dreams. The property is absolutely gorgeous and needs very minimal dressing up which made the decoration process simple. We hosted about 65-70 people at our wedding and it was perfect! We were able to set up the whole venue for the both the ceremony and reception in advance and it left very little to be done the day of except for get ready. The event manager, Maggie, was a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful for her flexibility, creativity and attention to detail throughout every stage of the planning process and execution. The level of service for this event, including from the student staff, made this night everything we could have hoped for.”

Having inside viewing is great for eating and watching the game great lighting for taken pictures. Lots of parking.....bring a jacket is cold in here.... easy to get too.”

“The hotel is well located in the center of downtown. While the city has a limited amount of things worth walking to, the things that are were close to the hotel and made it easy to get to. The hotel itself was clearly renovated recently and the renovation did a good job with the rooms clean and in good condition. Only real critique is that there were no towel racks which seems like a weird design omission during a remodel. The hotel restaurant had good food and the employees were extremely nice. It's honestly a recommendation if you're looking for somewhere to eat going there is not a bad choice at all. Overall if I were to stay in Rochester again I would book this hotel again.Rooms: Rooms were recently remodeled and are in good and clean conditionWalkability: This hotel is centrally located in downtown making it walkable to different restaurants and suchFood & drinks: The food and drink of the hotel restaurant was very good no complaints at all and definitely would recommend”
