“I rented a unit for about 2 yrs at the 14 Railroad Ave location in Rochester NY. I had to move because I am moving about an hour away. When leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa the new manager for this location. She was very professional and kind. She wanted to find a facility closer to where I was moving but I'm in an area they don't have any units. She answered my many calls for random things and was very accommodating even though I was moving out. If I ever need a unit in an area that she's managing.. she WILL be hearing from me. She really cares about her renters.”

I was able to take advantage of a reduced rate they were promoting for the Labor Day holiday. Excellent customer service by Cory, who satisfactorily answered questions I had posed for clarification on my contract. He knows the business well, and promptly responded back to a couple of voice mail messages that I had left on the office phone prior to our on site meeting.”

Sara was incredibly helpful from talking us through what size storage unit we would need - meeting me there to show me the unit, to helping me to know what lock to purchase, to setting me up on auto pay, etc…. She really walked me through everything. The climate controlled storage units are new and very nice. It made getting things out and into storage during the winter months easy. We would use the service again in a heartbeat. I would recommend.”
