8/23/24 I just rented ANOTHER storage unit at Life Storage. I came back because of the excellent service at this facility. It was great to see that Gretchen was still there. When I visit a business with high turnover and see a new face every week, I lose respect for that business because they must not be paying enough to make it worth it. I hope Gretchen is well-compensated for what she does. She deserves it!”

“Michelle was great to work with! We rented for a little over 2 years while building our new house. We had 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Both stayed dry, without pests or any other issues. We had a billing issue that Michelle was able to solve quickly and her auto payment system was great. When we were able to consolidate down to 1 unit that wasn't an issue either; can't say enough good things about our experience. Although we are leaving the state, if we ever needed a unit in the future we would certainly use her again and will certainly recommend to anyone!”
“The whole place is layed out nicely, with plenty of space to park your camper etc.. Every thing is clean , and it was very easy to back into any spot . I also noticed that they have surveillance cameras around the facility and that was comforting. The Staff on the phone was also very friendly and professional Great Customer Service.”
“StorLock Storage was great. It was easy in and out. The owner was quick to respond when I forgot my code to get in. In addition, I was able to set up automatic payments monthly and once there was a problem with my credit card, and they were kind and friendly when they reached out to let me know. If I ever need storage again I will call here 1st. Thanks StorLock for a great experience. If I need a storage again, I will call here first. Also, I will recommend it to my friends, if they need a storage. Thank you.”

I really liked everything about it. When I called to pay each month the lady was so sweet. I now am renting again and it is just as awesome except the little concrete ramp is hard to walk up and down with totes in your hands.

“my move in day was "completely" problem free! the staff could not have been more helpful and extremely friendly. I have rented space at the same location before and the service and attention from the staff was easily first class ++. the web site reservation process was very easy to navigate, pick a unit to rent and process the rental/lease agreement. To me, the entire process could not have been easier, professional, extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased.”

She stayed a little late that day and set me up perfectly so I could take care of what I needed to do this weekend. “Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”
