“The employee Chris gave us amazing customer service and help buying an iPad today. He was very knowledgeable and gave us one of the smoothest transactions I’ve had at Best Buy. Please hire more people like him.”
“Good day! My Kenmore washing machine wasn't working last weekend, so I set up an appointment and the tech was there in a couple of days. He quickly evaluated the machine, said what it needed and the price was fair. They needed to order the parts which is standard. I called Friday and asked what the status was. Joanne(very friendly), who answered the phone, told me the parts were due in on Monday and put me down for the repair on Tuesday, assuming the parts came in on time which they did. The tech was at my house this morning, did the repair and the machine is now working perfectly. So happy I reached out, will absolutely use Rockland Appliance Center again. Friendly staff and very professional. A++++”
“The staff is incredible! Brought in my IPad to activate, my tech, Missael is fantastic! By bundling my IPad with my Android...he saved me quite a lot of money! Plus I got Hula for free!!! You need to come in and see these great people!!!”

“I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Mr. Juan Lucio at the Verizon store in Nyack.
In just 28 minutes, Juan solved an issue that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for nearly three months. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly outstanding.
I want Verizon to know that Juan is not only an excellent salesperson, but also someone with exceptional technical skills who genuinely knows how to solve problems. I am incredibly grateful for all of his help.
I actually live in New York City, but I make the trip to the Nyack store because I know I can count on Juan. Every time I have an issue, I trust that he will find a solution.
Thank you, Juan, for your dedication and outstanding customer service. Verizon is fortunate to have you on its team.”
