“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”
“Soooo I went in yesterday trying to do a passport application and was a bit miffed because they told me it was by appointment only - I explained to the ladies at the counter that I had been trying to call to ask that very question for several hours and nobody ever answers. Anyway I left, made an appointment online and went back in today fully prepared to write an awful review. The process was very swift - I made sure I had the correct docs which always helps and the ladies were polite and professional.However while I was waiting a woman came in to ship something to CA, was advised of prices and shipping times, got what she actually asked for and then started pitching a fit - a complete Karen. She made it very clear she was reporting the woman Coleen and blah blah. After watching this, there appears to be 2 women working there - underpaid and understaffed I would guess so perhaps next time, maybe cut them some slack...I know I will.”
