“You find a lot of these village-serving branches in rural areas. Equal parts professional and casual and service you don't usually expect from the Post Office. You think of people waiting in line in a tense, clinical fashion waiting for disinterested employees. Not here. Just your neighbors at work. I'm glad when I have an issue with my mail, that these guys are the ones I go to.”

“My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.”

Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”

I rent a PO Box at this post office which is 20 minutes away from my residence, instead of using the post office at 12062 (end of my street) just because the hours are better and the employees are actualy friendly....unlike east nassau post office”

“I am traveling to England and was waiting on a really important travel document that was shipped with overnight but got delayed 2 days. I already had to change my flight due to the delay, and I desperately needed it for my flight tomorrow. I didn’t get his name, but the worker at this location was an angel. He called to let me know the package was at this location and made sure I got my package in time for my flight. He was super empathetic regarding my situation. I know he doesn’t have an easy job so his thoughtfulness meant the world to me.”
“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”
