When I went to pick up my car, I was blown away by the results. Frank made my rear bumper and trunk look as close to brand new as I could have imagined. The fit was perfect, the gap between the panels and bumper was consistent, and the color match was so spot-on that I couldn’t believe it had even been painted.

“From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.
