I have never had a problem, and they have all been super polite and super helpful with all my printing needs over the years.

“Deliver itself was good - the guys who came were friendly, called ahead, etc. However, when my original delivery was cancelled (probably due to a winter storm delay), I couldn't see how to reschedule on the website I was sent in a text until I opened it on a PC (vs on my phone) and the only dates were 10 days out. I did get a call (from a Utah number) though and was able to reschedule much sooner - just two days late.”

“My experience at the Broadway, Depew location was very pleasant. My wait time was under 2 minutes. The store was very neat & inviting.
Steven, the gentleman that assisted me in shipping my package was so friendly & helpful. I needed to ship a package to a friend who lives in a high rise out of state & without a secure mailroom. I needed an alternate way for the package to get to them.
Steven explained everything, answered my questions & went above & beyond to contact the out of state receiving location to alert them that the package will be coming to them for my friend to pick it up there.

“If you need to have your fingerprints taken, THIS is the place to go. I was in and out in like three minutes, and the requesting federal agency approved my background investigation by the time I got home. Register at fieldprint.com and schedule your appointment.
Do NOT waste your time and money by going to the USPS—or any other place that has a “Five-0 Integrated Biometrics” scanner.
Shipping HQ has a greenish/glass fingerprint scanner that is light years better.”

Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

Even though I just drop off, my alerts tell me that they scan those packages quickly.
All the post offices in the area are good, but the West Seneca office is at the top of my list.”
“When I come to the Ups store to return something I’ve never had a problem and there always nice and very understanding. Everyone is polite and is knowledgeable of what to do. Today I had a store taker named Nicole do a return for me it was quick and easy and she was nice and understood what to do.”

I walked in today trying to figure out what size packaging would be best to ship the two items that I needed to ship. I figured I'd buy the box, take it home, pack it, seal it, and bring it back to ship it.
I waited my turn, and got called up. Stephanie asked me what I was trying to ship and if I knew the weight. I said I wasn't sure, but the items were in my car. She told me to go get them and we'd go from there.
Shortly after I returned from my car, Stephanie helped me pack and ready the box for shipping.
I cannot thank Stephanie enough for all her help today, and for simplifying the process on top of it. Stephanie deserves more than just 5 stars”

“Today I went to the UPS store to puck up my packages as I always do. I frequent the store often so they know me by name. I purchased a gift for my sister which I was bringing with me on my flight home for Christmas on Monday. The package was delivered yesterday 12/20 at 9:45am. I stood in the store for 40 minutes while they were looking for my package that the clearly lost. Despite me telling them I'm flying out Monday, will not be in the state , and this was a gift, this man had the audacity to tell me me I was not being sympathetic to HIM! I explained that Amazon would not refund my money because it was delivered to the UPS store and handed of to an attendant. He could care less about my concerns, the fact that they lost my package, that I would now have to spend even more money shopping for a gift, or the inconvenience. He was so disrespectful to me that another customer intervened, and he turned around and told her to mind her business. Throughout this process he still will not even discuss a refund for the items they lost and would only say I will call you Monday, when he had already been informed that I was flying out on Monday. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every year and loyal customers do not deserve to be treated like I was treated today. I will be contacting the UPS corporate offices as well.
Update: The guy that was rude has been let go. I'm so grateful that the other staff heard me and stood up for me. I'm happy to be back at my favorite shipping provider, and I look forward to continuing to do business at this location.”

“By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run.”
