Note: I have a disability and it’s hard for me to park and walk in there not knowing if the mgr is in the office. I’d rather take care of cc issues over the phone and not guess whether Adis or another mgr may or may not be there and (b) the tire shine they use puts a black stain on our shoes and any clothing that may come in contact with it in a tight garage even weeks later. Very annoying. Update 8/2026: 3 to 4 stars: I did get to see the mgr and he upgraded me to unlimited exterior platimum pkg for the same monthly price as unlim exterior only plg. Additionally, once per mo. I can have the interior cleaned at no additional cost. That was more than fair in my opinion.”
