Portside Restaurant
20 Washington Street, WestportMy friends and I had a wonderful day, and one of the highlights was stopping into Portside for lunch. They accommodated our party of six with ease on the patio, and we loved that our dog was able to join us.
Our server, Cathy, was welcoming, friendly, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. She went the extra mile by checking on a gluten-free bun for my friend and making sure our drinks were just right. Her communication throughout our meal was excellent—our food came out together, perfectly timed, she checked in to see if we needed anything else, and then gave us plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy the beautiful day.
Cathy truly showed that experience, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness can make all the difference. She helped turn a great lunch into a memorable experience. We hope you have a wonderful rest of your summer, Cathy, and we look forward to our next visit to Portside!
