Ok, to continue, this was my second time to Ross Service, my wife could hear a rattle that I couldn’t and air pressure in one tire wouldn’t clear no matter how much I put in it. They found the rattle and found that a prior tire rotation didn’t reset the pressure readings. Took care of the problem and hardly charged me. Not always about the price, they genuinely care about their customers, the cost is nice too! Thank you”

“The staff here is amazing. Dawn kept wonderful communication with me the whole time even though there were a few hiccups with my insurance and rental company. She remained patient and was throughly professional throughout the whole process despite being extremely busy. Kyle was also very pleasant and kept me informed right up until my vehicle was ready, and they did the repairs in a very efficient amount of time.
