Cost was slightly lower than that of other companies for similar car. Car was relatively new and had features that would have been extra with other companies. Counter staff pleasant and efficient. Attendant at drop off was prompt, friendly and efficient.

We reserved a mid-size SUV but we’re not allowed to take it to Canada so they gave us a nice minivan and it was fantastic! It met our every need for comfort, space, and economy driving.
