This enterprise at the white plains airport was very easy to deal with. Very pleasant person at the desk. They have the car you reserved or an upgrade. My local Enterprise, not so much. They give you what's left after you reserved a vehicle and the day of pick up it's not there. Go to the airport if you want reliable service.
