Got a car similar to what I reserved (a Prius, which was actually better than what I was expecting; it was probably an upgrade but my rate stayed the same), the check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the people there (particularly the woman behind the counter — unfortunately I can’t recall her name but assume it was Madge based on other reviews) were very pleasant and helpful. Lowest price I could find anywhere in this area, and I was ultimately charged a bit less than I expected because I returned the car a bit earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. And the map isn’t lying: it really is right by the train station! Very easy to reach from NYC! Will definitely rent here again if I need another car.”

“I have had a great experience with this branch from the time I rented online to my pickup and return process. The only two cents I have to mention are that they fall a bit short on vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Nothing that would be a dramatic problem, but I do notice that, despite letting them know, coming back a second time to get the same car, I can see that what I pointed out was not fixed. Staff is great, very attentive, and looking forward to supporting your needs (reservation time, vehicle availability, quickly expediting your requests)—no complaints about how helpful they are with the check-in and check-out process. Again, my only discontent is regarding the vehicle itself, which needs more attention.”
