“The hotel is in a great location for my business needs. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I had been hoping to use the pool but it was not available. Most importantly, I would NOT recommend the Garden Grill for breakfast. On the day that I went to have breakfast we waited over an hour. The restaurant was out of bacon, mushrooms, French toast and Greek yogurt. The breakfast buffet was non-existent. There was only one waitress working and people were begging for her to bring their bills so they could leave. Clearly someone forgot to place a supply order for a weekend. Take time and go somewhere else for breakfast. The time it takes you to drive to and from will still be shorter than the amount of time I waited in the restaurant.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Tarrytown, especially thanks to Joshua. There was a frustrating glitch between Expedia and the hotel’s computer system that made it difficult to locate our reservation, which was stressful given that this was for my Mother’s Day plans with my mom. Even though it took some time to figure everything out, Joshua was incredibly patient, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and made what could have been a stressful situation turn into a positive experience. His customer service truly made my Mother’s Day plans even better than I had imagined. Thank you, Joshua, and the Sheraton Tarrytown team for the hospitality!”

“we worked with the hotel as a venue for my mother's 65th birthday celebration and had a blast! the venue was clean, fit our theme perfectly, and the staff were all friendly. on top of being very affordable for the size of our event, they also gave her a complimentary room for the night of the party! our event manager Kayla was EXTREMELY accommodating from the moment we started planning, up until the very end of our event. she was so patient with us when it came to last minute menu & guest changes, and made our night a success - so much so that we were able to take a step back and actually enjoy the party with my mother, who had an unforgettable birthday! i can't express how thankful i am to have had Kayla's help, because we wouldn't have been able to make it through the night without her. will definitely be recommending this venue to friends and family!”

“This hotel has definitely been upgraded, and I’m really happy with the improvements. The front desk staff are super nice and always available, and the lobby smells great, like they’ve just finished mopping. We had a little issue with the sheets, but they were quick to replace them. I stayed here with my husband and two kids, and there was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Plus, the TV worked perfectly! I’ll definitely be coming”
“Great little motel. Clean! Love out the way places that are gems. When you just need a place to relax, sleep and shower. Bonus was the coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, big screen tv and clean, comfy beds. It didn't cost me half of NY???”
“I absolutely enjoy staying at this location. The staff is friendly, prompt and have a sense of urgency about your comfort. The rooms are clean, the towels are great, the bed is soft and that is all that is needed for me to be satisfied. The rooms are not over the top fancy, it is just exactly what you need and that makes it feel even more comfortable. There is shopping close by and you can get all your essentials from the neighborhood. it's a lovely convenient, quiet stay.”

“Helpful staff, that great Extended Stay America experience, somewhat dated but that also makes it more affordable.
The location itself is right on a busy highway, but it's close to NYC and it's northern suburbs so the highway will be a convenience more than a bother.
Overall I recommend it strongly.”

“So, my first visit wasn’t the best. So I decided to give this place another chance and, i’ve booked a few times previously, and the experience was no where near as bad as the first. Definitely, not loud like a lot of hotels i’ve been too. Pretty calm for the most part! No pets or smoking allowed there is a balcony for that. There is a pool for the Summer time. But I’d definitely book again.”
