“The store has a nice vibe and good selection. They can do custom orders. Good boot fitters - my last pair had a hot spot that they drilled out - perfection. I especially enjoy the vintage gear and photos decorating the walls. I used some of that stuff back in the day! Like leather lace-up boots and cable bindings.”

I came in on the morning of a wedding needing a suit that day, only to learn that most stores don’t carry suit inventory on-site. Brooks Brothers did, and Eric made the entire experience seamless.
His deep knowledge of fit, sizing, and style was immediately clear. He struck the perfect balance: helpful without being overbearing, confident without being pushy. He guided me to the right suit, size, and coordinated quick tailoring for minor adjustments in under 30 minutes.
Only after looking at his business card for this review did I realize Eric is the store manager, which makes perfect sense. His professionalism, poise, and customer service were exceptional.”

“This is great news! The Westchester Mall now had a Forever 21 store on the second level of the Simon Mall. Forever 21 had been located at the Galleria Mall but with their anchor stores, Macy’s and Sears closed, it made sense for the store to move to its new more fashionable location.”
