I came in on the morning of a wedding needing a suit that day, only to learn that most stores don’t carry suit inventory on-site. Brooks Brothers did, and Eric made the entire experience seamless.
His deep knowledge of fit, sizing, and style was immediately clear. He struck the perfect balance: helpful without being overbearing, confident without being pushy. He guided me to the right suit, size, and coordinated quick tailoring for minor adjustments in under 30 minutes.
Only after looking at his business card for this review did I realize Eric is the store manager, which makes perfect sense. His professionalism, poise, and customer service were exceptional.”

“I Came into Footlocker at the Westchester Mall on 3/17/2026 looking for two pairs of shoes for my daughter. I was Immediately welcomed and approached by Stephanie, She firstly let me know beforehand that the systems were down throughout the whole mall and wouldn’t be able to take card for today. Which I greatly appreciated her for letting me know even still she offered to help me out and show me which shoes that they had available in my daughter sizes. Even with her phone scanner not loading she went to the back and quickly found the sizes I needed. Which i would be coming back this week to buy! I just wanted to highlight Stephanie’s amazing costumer service despise the systems being down she still offered me great service and made my experience feel welcoming. Great Team, I would definitely be revisiting the Westchester mall Footlocker again!”

“Review is for the customer service I received from Ariana K.. She was very sweet and kind and helped me make a purchase. She was also kind enough to offer to send me pictures of other items that I am interested in. And when I do, I would like to purchase them with her.
As for the others, they weren’t inviting and just stood around as if they were jealous or something. I don’t know but you can feel the coldness in the air.
Gucci is my favorite brand and hopefully they will make the improvements they need regarding customer service because this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered unprofessionalism with them. Maybe it because I’m black and they feel I shouldn’t have the money to spend there? Well that not my problem but they better get it together before a lawsuit ensues.”
