“I came in just before close on a Friday and the two phlebotomists who were there were pleasant as can be, treated me respectfully and were so courteous. Very quick too!”

I waited all of 3 mins for my appointment! They were so fast with the collection I was almost an hour early for work! Make an appointment!”

“I went to quest diagnostics and was surprised by the number of people in the waiting room. I counted 19 waiting and noticed that my name was up on the board as one of the current ones to be seen. I was there about 210 for my 230 appointment and did not get taken until about 2:40. With the number of patients waiting I was not completely disappointed with the wait time for being slightly delayed. The professional is all the staff and the kindness shown to me was outstanding in every regard.”

“Ebony was AMAZING! Nobody likes getting blood work period, especially super early in the morning, but Ebony made this such a pleasant experience! She was so sweet and kind, definitely made me feel very comfortable. She also did an amazing job at the blood draw itself. Many people have to poke me multiple times to get the right spot, but she did it on her first try. Overall a great experience and would recommend coming to this location for blood work!”
“My visit was excellent. I had blood work drawn but it wasn't the normal lipid panel. There were over 10 draws that needed to be done. The woman took the time to compare all the tests that I was scheduled for against a printed copy I had before we got started. She was as quick as possible when that many draws need to be done AND no brusing at the injection site. She was terrific!”

“I didn’t take him for 2 weeks fearing it would be a disaster our friend referred us here.Absolutely the best experience you could have getting a 1 years old blood drawn. We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.”

“My visit was above and beyond. The check in through the text message sent to me was easy, fast and time saving. From the time I signed in to say I was there and called back was less than 5 mins. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, no restick or digging around for a vein. My whole visit was about 10 mins. Would recommend this office/lab.”

“I was able to schedule an appointment with Quest online and the time and date that were convenient for me was available.
I was able to locate parking close to the building and the time starting at check-in to called to be seen was pretty quick. My phlebotomist went over the process, verified my identity and got right to the blood draw. She found a vein without all the poking around and got me out of there. I don’t think the entire process took longer than 15 minutes.

“I'm so grateful my daughter's pediatricians partnered with KSL Diagnostics. We've been to several different locations and they've always been kind, courteous, and as gentle and patient with my daughter as they could be. The last time we went, the medical professional administering my daughter's test gave her a lollipop. I thought the was a nice touch and it certainly excited my daughter.I always get her test results within 24 hours or less.I've called a couple of times with questions (not about test results) and they always answer, and are professional and informative.One time, we went to the Youngs Road location and it was so packed that they had to direct people to other locations -- of which there are many -- or ask them to come back in a half an hour. The parking attendant was so nice about the whole thing. He genuinely did not want to turn anyone away. But, there were so many people, the line was going out into the street. (This was during one of the higher case levels, and when all kids displaying any COVID symptoms needed a negative test to return to school.) The parking attendant took the time to explain what was going on, how it also affected the other tenants of the building. It was no problem. We went to a different location.I only wish that they accepted my insurance, too. I'm glad it's easy for my daughter, though. If you're covered, absolutely, go there.”
