“Dana was excellent. She is very thorough and took the time to explain CPAP machine set up/cleaning/filter changes, mask fitting and CPAP usage. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to about any topic. The rest of the staff was delightful to deal with as well. The office is very welcoming, doesn't feel like a Dr's office at all. Pleasure all around.....”
“ETA: MSC Sleep has turned a corner. Customer service has improved, in the manner of quick return calls.
Initially helpful, now not so much. Long wait time for return call. Two modalities have failed in terms of masks. No help offered; I had to figure it out myself. My machine still shuts off in the middle of the night. I agree with the other review: this company will be responsible for my treatment failure.”
