“I just discovered this place and love it! I grabbed some snacks for a hike and charcuterie for happy hour. They have a great selection of really special products and you can tell everything is thoughtfully curated. I bought some house made meatballs and a special spaghetti that the shopkeeper recommended and it was the perfect dinner.”
“The selection is comparable to most grocery stores, slightly on the expensive side but that's typical of the Catskill area.
I'm hard of hearing and the older self checkout clerk was mocking me to another employee because I asked her to repeat something I didn't catch. Sorry my disability inconveniences you. Customer service could be better, but ultimately you won't have to interact with them longer than a couple minutes so not a big deal.”
“I'm only in the Hunter area a few times a year to visit family but have found the need to visit Dollar General on a number of occasions. Have found the store to always have a wide variety of merchandise, well kept, and the staff to be extremely accommodating.”
“WOW! what a place! When you get there go to the counter and tell Emily cdog says sup. They have an assortment of dips and fudge that will blow your socks off. On top of that the hot choco will make you feel like a kid again. if you're ever caught in hunter come to this store”
“I never write reviews but I had to because of my mothers recent experience at this location. Let me start by saying that my mother is in poor health and doesn't get around like she use to.
I usually go to the store with her to help her with the bags etc. but was unable to due to a recent surgery.
The cashier that checked her out (her name tag said Mary lou) was so pleasant and kind to my mom.
She double bagged everything and not only put the bags in her cart for her but put the bags into her car!
You don't really see this type of consideration in these modern times.

“Main Street Market has recently changed their sandwich bread (new supplier and they bake it fresh each morning) and I have to say being a local from windham, I haven’t had a sandwich this good in a long time!!!!”
