My friends and I stopped at Albergo for breakfast during upstate art weekend and it was the highlight of our trip. The food was incredible, and the ambience was so sweet and welcoming, we couldn’t help but feel like a part of the family. So glad this place exists and we can’t wait to come back. Everyone come eat here!!!

5510 NY-23, WindhamLove this place! Amazing food! I had grilled cheese with sauteed apples and bacon on sourdough! Yum! Then spent fun money in their wonderful store! Adorable kids' books, canned goods, pumpkins. EVERYTHING! Would love to go back for the buttermilk banana pancakes!

I had the honey dipped chicken which I've had all over, and this place actually dips it in honey! That alone called for a 5 star review. All the sides were excellent and my wife really enjoyed her burger.

Higher Grounds
61 NY-296, WindhamWe ordered from Higher Ground in Windham for a bachelorette weekend with 16 girls, and everything was amazing! We got the turkey Reuben, tuna, and Southwest wraps, plus a Caesar salad — all were absolutely delicious and super fresh. Lori was so easy to work with and couldn’t have been sweeter or more accommodating. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and there’s so much variety on the menu. We can’t wait to eat their food again next time we’re in town!
