105 Tinker St, WoodstockOverlook Bakery makes my favorite chocolate chip cookie in the Hudson Valley and therefore I never stray from the tried & true. However, when I was there last weekend my eye wandered to their brownie.. I love chocolate but brownie’s often disappoint me. I find them dry and not chocolatey enough but this one looked too good to resist. I decided to risk it and I’m so glad I did. Best brownie of my life. Super fudgy with a crackly crust and little chocolate pieces providing some nice texture. I can’t stop thinking about it and I will be back very very soon for another.

Moonrise Bagels Woodstock
68 Tinker St, WoodstockStopped by Moonrise Bagels Woodstock during a snowstorm on our way to Saratoga Springs, and honestly it was one of the best stops of the trip. The bagels were super fresh, warm, and really tasty—exactly what you want on a cold winter day.
The customer service was amazing too—everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It felt like a cozy little spot to take a break from the storm.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. I’d 100% stop here again!

54 Tinker St, WoodstockThese were by far the best home made tortillas tacos that I ever had! The meats were very juicy and flavorful! My favorite were the shrimp, carnitas and the Barbacoa tacos! I made sure right before I left my stay in The Catskills, that I definitely ate here again right before I headed back home!
