“This is for Westchester airport!! His name is Jackson!!! One of the best managers I’ve ever met. Professional courteous down to earth. Jay on the other hand needs sensitivity training. Seems like he has a problem with certain customers and I don’t want to jump to conclusions but I hope it’s not peoples nationalities. Jackson is a very good manager and you chose well. Enterprise continue to work with Jackson. He’s marvelous thanks for all you do Jackson.”

“Our car broke down on the I87 near Newburgh, NY. Once we realized that we needed to rent a car to get back home to Canada (over 300 miles away), i made numerous phone cars to rental companies in the area. None of the companies allowed me to drop off the rental at one of their locations in Montreal. We decided to rent from Avis and drop the car off in Plattsburgh.
When i came to pick the car up at Stewart intnl airport i explained the situation to ROBIN who told me she would try to help us get home with our two young children. After a few minutes ROBIN explained that she had been able to arrange for us to drop the car off at an Avis less than 3 miles from our home.
ROBIN was a saviour. She had a human approach and was helpful when we were vulnerable”
“Sean is amazing! He made sure I was happy taken care of and had me in and out. Anytime a problem arises he made sure it was taken care of asap. Highly recommend. Clean friendly and great selection plus he rents U-Hauls!!!!!”
“I recently rented a car for a long trip. My scheduled pickup was at 8:30 AM, but I arrived around 8:45 AM. There were three people ahead of me, and while they received their vehicles without issue, when it was finally my turn, they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved available.
The staff offered to upgrade me to another vehicle, but it was less fuel-efficient, which wasn’t ideal for my plans. After about an hour and a half of waiting, they were able to provide a different vehicle that was much better on gas.
Despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciated the efforts of the staff. They went above and beyond, even checking on the status of the vehicle twice to minimize my wait. Additionally, they offered an additional discount due to the delay, which I really appreciated. Thank you Emily.
Overall, while the process was a bit rocky at first, their commitment to customer service made a positive difference.”

“Arrived at airport with no reservation beforehand. Walked up to several other rental companies and had no vehicles at airport. Customer representative from Budget immediately offered a rental at great price and upgraded. Took only about 20 minutes total. Definitely recommend!”
