Loro Piana is a beautiful and awesome store, available for curbside pickup. The staff members provide excellent, professional, and helpful customer service. However, some sales staff are problematic, with mean looks and paranoid behavior. The store lacks the luxurious feel of other locations, needing improved ambience. While there have been past issues with orders, they were corrected. Customers report luck in finding specific items they want.
I received exceptional service from Zhanna at Loro Piana. She was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my experience truly special. Thank you for setting such a high standard of customer care.

Somehow this Loro Piana comparing to the one in UK - Bicestor Outlet is not having the luxurious feel. But still I gave a 5 star because I really like Loro Piana. I did not buy anything this time. Well, hope they can improve the ambience of the store.
