“I had a few extra links from my bracelet and a matching ring that I never wore, and I was hoping to sell them for scrap and make a little extra money. The process was straightforward, professional, and surprisingly fast. Everyone was courteous and transparent throughout.”
“Rob was extremely helpful, especially since this is the first time I’ve ever been to a pawn shop, he made me feel very comfortable and was very transparent with all the policies and made sure I knew how everything works”
“I had a great experience selling my gold here. The process was quick and straightforward, and the price they offered was fair. Andres was especially polite and kind, and he took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel comfortable with the transaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to sell gold.”
“After a few calls around looking for the most competitive buying price for a few sterling pieces I owned I found this shop and they have the best rates! Good costumer service definitely recommend!”
“Thank you very much sarahia to make me comfortable for my first time at your pawnshop
I really appreciate your support and availability to handle my business with always a smile”
“I have visited Leonx Gold Market / Sky Jewelers on several occasions in the past two months. Each time Benny and Hanan have been warm, welcoming and accommodating with my questions, concerns and suggestions. I placed two orders for which I received two beautiful pieces that I will wear proudly for years to come. I was able to sell much of my old, no longer wanted jewelery with great satisfaction. I highly recommend Lenox Gold Market / Sky Jewelers. There is a reason they have been in business for more than 36 years - they provide great service with warmth and pride, and with a tremendous level of customer satisfaction.”
“I came to pawnshop a couple years ago and they been great ever since. Definitely recommend to everyone. This is the spot for great costumer service and great deals. ?”
“I’m a buyer not a seller of sterling silver and gold (earrings usually). Good prices and patient service. They have an HuGE shop on ebay so if you’re in a jewelry buying kind of mood check that out first. When I’m in the shop, people are always bringing jewelry in to sell so I think the prices must be fair.”
“Thank you so much for everything ❤️. Gem you are the best in the bronx. Geraldo is the best ? ?. He deserves ? reward and raise ?. Thank you again and again.”

“Felix is the absolute best! He worked with me and helped me out of a very bad situation. I appreciate his integrity and honesty!!! Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone”
“In an industry that can sometimes feel misleading and transactional, it’s rare to find a pawn shop with ownership that genuinely values honesty, transparency, and long-term relationships. From the moment I walked in, I felt treated with respect rather than being pressured into a deal. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered fair evaluations, and conducted business with integrity. It’s refreshing to find a place where trust still matters and where customer relationships are valued beyond a single transaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, honest, and professional pawn shop experience”
“One of the best pawnshop I utilize. give good loans very excellent. the gentleman is very friendly and professional I highly recommend. better than gem pawn shop. Also close to the mta subway 2,5 train and the bronx mta 19 and 5bus stops Infront of it.”
“It was a great experience, the staff lady was amazingly helpful & gave me a great deal. Unfortunately it was awhile ago so I can’t remember her name. the quality of the products do hold up to the prices they offer. I bought a Nintendo Switch from here & it still works perfectly. Plus Nintendo doesn’t see a dime from that purchase & that puts a smile on my face. I will come back here occasionally just to check on new inventory.”
“I had the best experience a customer can have. This is my first experience with this transaction. The staff lady was knowledgeable and professional. This establishment is safe and secure. Thank you very much for answering all of my questions nicely. Have a fantastic day.”
“Had a great experience at this pawnshop! I worked with Rose and Julie, and both of them were fantastic — friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. No pressure, no hassle, just genuine helpful service.
It’s rare to find a place where the staff actually makes you feel taken care of, but Rose and Julie did exactly that. If you’re looking for a pawnshop with honest, easygoing people who know what they’re doing, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Excellent excellent excellent easy gave me a fair offer been to a few pawn shops in my life and by far this one seems to be the easiest and most generous and the nicest guy I ever met so if you need a fast loan that’s where you should go I’m just saying thank you guys”

“Great shop. Owner went above and beyond in helping me appraise and validate a lab grown diamond I recently purchased. As someone new to the lab grown diamond market, he spent a lot of time answering all of my questions openly and honestly. Highly recommended!”
“I bought a nice diamond ring for myself two years ago for my birthday and still have it because i get so many compliments on it. And recently purchased some electronics. So far all the staff i encountered was nice and respectable. I will be going back again and again”

“Arthur was great, took links off my watch and replaced battery on the spot. Also had to drop off one chain and one bracelet to be fixed, pricing was fair and they were fixed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this establishment for all your jewelry and watch needs.”
“Super helpful service. I took several old watches to have their batteries replaced and was informed which watches were in fact defunct and which were probably not worth the effort of replacing the battery. Friendly and informative.”
“Jai Boodram is an outstanding sales associate, always helpful supportive and extremely courteous. A pleasure working him for many years. 5 star all the way.”

“This is one of my favourite stores in New York. Always beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Luna is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the gem stones. This is my go-to place for gifts and for treating myself.”

“The best pawn shop ever. Top notch, quick, in and out. Out of all of the pawn shops I went to, they gave me the best price. They have a loyal customer in me if I’m ever in a pinch.”
