“We were dealing with a US estate with a Canadian beneficiary where a Medallion stamp was required. We appreciated eSignature Guarantee's flexibility and assistance with helping us in a timely matter for something that was more complicated. Would have given 5 stars; however, the communication could be improved as we called a few times and got the "Voicemail is full" message. On several occasions, we had to call back a few times until we got hold of someone. In certain cases, it is easier to have a phone conversation rather than going back and forth via email. But at the end of the day, they got the job done.”
