“I’ve taken my car to Omar 4 times over the last 2 years. Omar does a fantastic job helping the customer understand exactly what’s going on with the car, by sending pictures and videos along the way. His service is honest, straightforward, transparent, and efficient. Some chain mechanics and dealerships won’t hesitate to hold onto a vehicle for days, but I always get my car back from Omar within 24 hours. Cannot recommend this shop enough!”

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“Brought in my '99 E36 M3 with a low-voltage electrical issue and a possible air leak, and the team at Motorcepts nailed it. They did a thorough inspection and found a leak in the brake booster along with corrosion on the 12V positive line, issues that could've easily been missed. Turnaround was quick and the pricing was very fair for the level of diagnostic work involved. Got everything fixed and my E36 is running properly again. “I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“Update - I was at the dealer for something in warranty, and they told me that I needed the cabin and engine air filters replaced - they quoted me $250 plus labor, and the good folks at Inwood watch took care of it for $70 all included!
Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. For a very reasonable price and in just over a week, my car was returned to me looking better than when I had bought it. Adam is fair, honest and trustworthy, and communicated throughout the process, I highly recommend him and his team!”
“I went to Brooklyn Motors because I wanted to upgrade the exhaust on my Infiniti Q50. The stock exhaust was way too quiet for my liking, and I wanted something a little louder without being over the top.
Eric, the owner, really knows his stuff. He suggested going with a Fast Intention Exhaust paired with AMS Lower Downpipes, and I’m glad I took his advice.
Once everything was installed, I was extremely happy with the results. The exhaust sounds amazing — deeper, more aggressive, but still clean. You can really hear the car breathing much better now. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was on point.
