“I went in as a walk -in to have my car inspected and have it checked out before a long drive. My car was making a funny noise and I was a little worried what it might be and how much it would cost. I went in as a woman by myself. They had me in and out quickly and only charged me for an inspection. They explained the noise and what they did to fix it. Everyone was so respectful. “Dorgler Auto Repair is the most honest and reliable mechanic in all of queens if not all of NYC. I have lived in many place in NYC and have seen many mechanics and this auto repair is the best by far at fair prices on top of that. I went to Fred and Fred Jr one time because I was recommended by a tow truck guy back in 2019 for a bad battery. Dorgler was highly recommended. They did a great job. They had the interstate battery I wanted and I was out of there in 1 hour. Fred Jr. was pleasant and I just had a great vibe and honesty from them, unlike other mechanics I have been to in my life, I decided to go back for a check engine light about 5-6 months later and I met Fred senior and same service, pleasant and honest. Dorgler should get a mechanic award lol. They are knowledge, honest and fair. They know what they are talking about and they will not sell you what is not needed. Thank you guys. I live in Woodside queens now and I will make the trip to Jamaica Queens. I was just there this week for an oil change and brake lights issue. They are truly the best. Thanks guys!!Frank :)”

“I was a little confused at first since we really didn’t speak much even when I was trying to explain the issue. But he seemed confident he and just brushed me off. Which rubbed me the wrong way at first. He only took my cell number and told me he’d call me. And low and behold he did two days later. Car totally fixed and perfect. I must say after all is said and done and after figuring out how they run their business, I couldn’t be happier. Lee knows what he’s doing and if there’s an problem they missed he has no problem taking responsibility and figuring it out. I would definitely recommend this shop.”

“I have to share that I arrived with an unclear noise from the car and I was at almost 4 different garages, each of them told me something different and then they came to the conclusion that it was the car's gear and needed to be replaced. I wasted a lot of time and money and they wanted to charge me 3 thousand dollars at every other garage for a gear. I got to this garage in less than From 5 minutes they realized exactly what the problem was, they fixed it after 2 hours and asked for a very fair price. Don't waste your time. I highly recommend going to this mechanic. Very reliable, professional and honest. If I could, I would also give 100 stars for his service.”
