“Rome was great, very experienced, went into detail about the different types of mattresses. Addressed our concerns for how we sleep and positions and what would be the best. Would recommend him if ur looking for a bed. Great knowledge and very kind.”

“John S and Gerson C were very helpful in my purchase of a Samsung TV here on a rainy Sunday. Whole process was speedy and easy and even though I wasn’t approved for P.C. Richard’s credit card the process to apply was a breeze. I will be returning for shopping in the future!”

“A great carpet store in the heart of queens with fair prices. These guys are SUPER friendly and very helpful. Not pushy, and genuinely interested about fabric. They told us that most of the material comes from Turkey and it shows. The rugs are gorgeous. Ask for Bill.”

“I am very much satisfied with this shelf, it worked out well for my dolls and figures. The shelf came built and very nicely fit in my room. I also bought a bunk bed 2 years ago from here and it still is amazing and I love it so much”

“I was interested in couch slipcovers and Evelina answered the call. I was an annoying overly trying customer that made her go through every single individual fabric one by one and I was such a huge problem. Evelina was very knowledgeable about the product. She was informative. She never made me feel bad. She was professional and patient and took so much time to walk me through the whole process and help me understand everything. She did an excellent job. She is a saint and she does a wonderful job. I just wanted to say that she did a great job. She didn't ask me to say this but I just wanted to say that I'm so grateful and that you have a great one on your team. Thank you so much and I'm excited to custom design my couch!”
