“This is not the closest ACE to me but they had what I needed in stock so I was able to go get it and finish my project. The others had to have it shipped to the store in a couple days, I'm not patient like that when I'm trying to do something now! The staff were knowledgeable and quick to get me on my way. Thank you!”

“Best hardware store on the planet. You cannot walk in this place without three people asking if they can help you. They know everything about everything, and bring you right over to where the item you need is located. And they're happy to help, unlike the folks in the home Depot and Lowe's, who run away from customers at all costs. What a pleasure to have this store in our community.”

“This place has excellent customer service. Most of the time when I visit there are workers at the entrance that ask if they can direct you to what you're looking for. If you purchase something heavy like cement, they notify workers to help load it for you. Furthermore, never had an issue with returning things. I purchased a posthole digger that broke within a day, and was able to return it and use the money to upgrade to a better one. I also returned a backpack blower and used the money to upgrade to a more powerful model. Visiting this store is a much better experience than going to Home Depot or Lowes. Only criticism is a small inventory compared to the large home improvement stores.”

“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).”
