Bank opens @ 10 AM in this economy & noone actually works

This branch does not offer teller services but Citi Bank and Chase down the block do. I really don't want to switch Banks but my hand is being forced here. Closest branches with Teller service either require you to drive 15 minutes or take a 45 minute bus ride. You've officially lost me as a customer of over 10 years BOA.
