“Never in my life would I think I’d leave a hardware review but here I am! My husband needed a brass cleaner on a Saturday afternoon around the time most hardware stores are closed. We found this one was still opened and called to make sure it actually was since we had just tried going over to another one that was supposed to be open according to Google and it wasn’t. To avoid another pointless trip I called this one before we headed there and a lovely gentleman by the name of Jose answered and literally gave us the best customer service experience that is hard to come by these days! He said they had the cleaner in stock and asked if we’d like for him to have it ready for us at the counter which we happily agreed to. He called us back a minute later to let us know that it was actually out of stock and that to please excuse him. Like, what?! So nice of him to do! Thank you Jose!”

“There has never been one time that I was disappointed with the customer service or the prices. I have been to other lumber stores, as well as big box ones and Torre Lumber prices are competitive and fair. The employees are patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. I think maybe these guys just love their jobs because they are never dismissive or abrupt. Absolutely never. And I'm talking about the guys inside AND outside. The customer service is superb! I am remodeling and updating my entire home and the supplies will definitely be purchased from Torre because they make the entire home improvement process a little easier.”

“9/6/2023 To my new, fabulous BFF!!! David, my new toilet seat arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Beautifully packed and arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I can't believe I'm so excited about a new toilet seat. I really didn't think I would be able to replace it and it makes the biggest difference in the bathroom. You made it happen and I'm eternally grateful for all your help. Without you I would have a horrible old toilet seat. Yeah!!!Thank you so much!!!!
