“I WANT TO THANK GIOVANNI HIMSELF FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME. I was turned away by another Tux shop and others just did not have what I wanted. I walked in and the assistant working there was so sweet and nice. Giovanni came out and introduced himself to me and asked me what he could for me . I told him that my other options didn't go well and I just saw this place and I explained exactly what I was looking for . Giovanni assured me that even though it takes a certain time Fram to get what I was looking for that he will have them expedite it. My wedding was 22 Days away and I was nervous. Giovanni took all my measurements and took his time and help me pick out the best Tux ever. Giovanni was very nice and polite and gave me a time frame of when the suit will be ready. GUESS WHAT ?? THE MAN GOT ME MY WEDDING TUX AND TAILORED IT PERFECTLY A WEEK EARLIER THAN HE HAD TOLD ME. HE IS FREAKING AWESOME AND MADE MY WEDDING DAY THE BEST DAY EVER. I APPRECIATE ALL OF HIS EFFORTS AND HE TRULY IS SPECIAL. HIS TUXEDO STORE IS THE BEST IN NEW YORK, BY FAR. THANK YOU SO MUCH GIOVANNI .!!!!!!”

“Walked in w crutches had order on line w a returned. I was told I needed to go to the gap factory. The cashier was not accommodating and had a bit of an attitude when I asked where to find a gap factory store. However the Spanish floor girl was quite friendly helpful and accommodating with helping get my size and color of sweats. Some folks here need customer service training”

I was going for a big interview and needed a suit to look extra sharp we only get 1 shot at making impressions and this is the place that made it happen for me . I was so happy with the way I looked I brought my boy over so he could get his own and he also got the big promotion . This place has it all for all occasion and the options are infinite and if they don’t have it they will order it for you. Thanks again you guys are the best !”

“The store is very organized but a little small so it may look a little cluttered. The workers are so attentive and helpful! They also offer a wide range of sizes helping many people to feel included. I love, love, love the jeans from American Eagle. Their jeggings look like authentic rigid denim but they are very stretchy and so comfortable, especially if you're a curvy girl!”

“Last night, my husband and I went to Lids at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, and we were the last customers of the day. The lady in the store kindly informed us that the store was closing in 20 minutes. As we were paying, a man, if you can call him that, entered. She told him that the store was closed, and all he did was disrespect her multiple times and ask for the manager's information. The way he behaved was unnecessary, and even as we were leaving the store, he continued to harass her outside with his phone in hand, demanding information on where to complain. I say this because it's not fair that she might lose her job because of someone like him, especially when good customer service is hard to come by.”

“I am very very disappointed with the service from Forever 21 they have delivered the product late at my door when door was locked and even after cancelling the product online through customer care. They delayed to deliver the product and such a pathetic site does not have cancel product option on the App. I called 4 times customer care number to cancel the order and for refund, they referred the request to BACK END that great back end never does anything and I left my address”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”
