“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”
“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”
“Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“Where can I start! I was frazzled thinking about where I could possibly take my son to get his prom suit. There are so many options here in NY but I wanted quality and good customer service and this is exactly what I got. We walked into San Marko in early May and met Motaz. He showed my son some choices of suits and in no time my son picked the one he loved. Motaz was so patient and informative about the suit and how it should fit. This was my son’s first suit so it was nice to see how the process of buying a suit goes since I had no clue about it! We picked up the suit about a month later and my son tried it on again this time with his shoes he would be wearing with it and he looked so handsome. Motaz carefully helped him get dressed and carefully helped him remove the suit and was just a joy to work with. My whole experience was a A+. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for helping my son look good on his special day!”

“I walked into AE just 8 minutes before closing, unsure of my size after recently losing weight. I planned to grab a pair of jeans and return them later if they didn’t fit, but Kiara, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She encouraged me to try them on and guessed my correct size on the first try! The entire team—Amber, Bianca, and Edwin—was so accommodating and kind, even as I shopped with my toddler in tow.
They found multiple options for me, and when they didn’t have the right length in store, they helped me place an online order for home delivery. The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with great energy. This was my first time shopping at American Eagle, but thanks to this amazing team, it definitely won’t be my last. Great leadership, outstanding customer service, and quality items. Highly recommend!”
“The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!”

The employee, I believe his name was Johan and his coworker did everything to locate the jacket and I walked out a happy customer!”
