I just had a terrible experience ant Men's warehouse before I discovered their shop. Immediately upon entering and throughout the process Giovanni and his wife Carmela who assisted me felt like family. They helped me with every detail for me and my groomsmen and I received beyond excellent customer service advice and help. They specialize in comfort as well as fashion to make you feel like a million bucks on whatever special occasion you require their services for. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!”
“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

I planned to grab a pair of jeans and return them later if they didn’t fit, but Kiara, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She encouraged me to try them on and guessed my correct size on the first try! The entire team—Amber, Bianca, and Edwin—was so accommodating and kind, even as I shopped with my toddler in tow.
They found multiple options for me, and when they didn’t have the right length in store, they helped me place an online order for home delivery. The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with great energy. This was my first time shopping at American Eagle, but thanks to this amazing team, it definitely won’t be my last. Great leadership, outstanding customer service, and quality items. Highly recommend!”

“Customer service at this location needs to be applauded. I went specifically to hunt down a jacket that was sold out online and there happened to maybe be one left at this store. The employee, I believe his name was Johan and his coworker did everything to locate the jacket and I walked out a happy customer!”
“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here.
