Customer service at this location needs to be applauded. I went specifically to hunt down a jacket that was sold out online and there happened to maybe be one left at this store. The employee, I believe his name was Johan and his coworker did everything to locate the jacket and I walked out a happy customer!

Excellent service. Only Zara in NYC hands down that goes above and beyond to look for items for you. Store is well kept 🤙
