“I've rented from this location several times a year for years now and have never had an issue. I do notice that there always seems to be different employees but other than that, this place has always been great to me and usually always has a great selection and most of the time you can pick the vehicle you want. My most recent rental was on 8/26/25 and I didnt get the employees name but he was amazing and knows how to treat customers. Keep up the great work!”
“I had a very easy experience picking up my car with the friendly staff at Hertz. Avis had two cars “available” that smelled heavily of smoke. I cancelled with them and booked at Hertz which was a great choice! The staff were very friendly. The car smelling like a car should. Sadly they did not have my reserves size and they do not have the gold circle here so that was a bummer.
One star removed because of the car size change and my car did not have windshield wiper fluid and had two used bottles. Otherwise very happy I switched to Hertz!”

“Had a rental from NYC that was extremely unsafe to drive with belts showing on all the tires. Came to this location for an exchange since it was the closest to Cooperstown. After inspection of the tires, Chris would not allow me to get back in that minivan and drive off. He went above and beyond to to find me an exchange. Really, appreciated the service at this location.”
