“This was the experience I had renting a Van! We had some last minute changes for a trip with my church and needed a van last minute. I showed up first thing in the morning and Explained the whole to Gloria (She’s the best!) and even though there’s was nothing available on site she made a few calls and within minutes she was able to make it happen thanks to Gloria, Big Kevin and Cesar The Trip was a success and there’s wasn’t any delays I Recommend this Place 10/10 ?

“I had a very difficult experience at the Chelsea location 2 weeks ago, so working with Christian and team here was like night and day. Extremely polite, professional, and efficient here, highly recommend.
At Chelsea they forced me to do an online check-in despite having people there, berated me and made the stressful day worse, taking 45 min to check out a U-Haul.
Here at 63 Kingsland, I took 2 pictures of my drivers license and was out the door with a key in <5 min. Was told I could return the car either that night or after hours for $20, or even the next morning during hours for no charge.
Drop-off was easy as well, since I used <10 miles total <0.5 gallon), I wasn’t accosted to add more gas. I would go out of my way to come here again if I need a U-Haul in the future.”

“Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. “Although the location employees were excellent. I definitely believe I was overcharged. I had an $19 van estimated 20 miles and only did close to 10 and brought it back full gas and was charged $75.00”
“It's a tiny office hole in the wall inside a auto repair shop but I was served quickly and was driving out in the rental van within 20 minutes. The guy was very nice, informative and to the point. Getting in and out of that tight place with the van was not easy but manageable. Return of the vehicle was smooth and pain free. My only negative feedback was the position of the fuel gage jumping from half tank to a quarter tank within driving one block from the place. Turn on the vehicle and wait for the fuel tank level to settle before driving out. Good place to rent moving vehicles. I recommend this place.”
