“Dropped my Wright Stander off for repair on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Had them install Oregon mulching blades as well. They had my mower back to me within a week even though the blades had to be ordered. They gave me a call with an update on Thursday and called me to pick up on Friday. Picked up Saturday morning and just had the best mow I’ve ever had with this mower. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were also extremely fair on pricing and their service was top notch. I’ll be taking more business here”

“Tina, whom I believe is a lead in the Garden Center, went above and beyond for me today. Not old did she offer great advice on a painted lady philodendron that I was going to buy, but she took the time, about 15 minutes, out of a very busy Saturday, to track down a price on a ceramic pot that I wanted to purchase that didn't have a label (was placed in a wrong spot with other ceramic pots). We went to the clearance section of the store, and she did some research on her device to find out that it was actually on clearance, and printed a label for me. Like I said, she could have just brushed me off, or lazily charged me full price, assuming that it was priced the same as the ones on the shelf, but she absolutely took the time to help me out AND save a few dollars at the same time. I really hope that Lowe's sees this and acknowledges her hard work!”
“Great store. Prices are too high on most things but they are negotiable if you find it cheaper elsewhere. Hard to find staff when you need help. Check out is fairly quick.”
