I didn't see, or hear a name, but the older man who rang me up felt genuine, and kind. He asked me if I needed something, and it felt like he meant it.
The store was clean, and everything in the aisle I was looking at was in stock. I rapidly found what I needed. Great store.”

“Rented a mini skid steer from here, I had originally planned to pickup but they were able to deliver it on short notice when my plans changed last minute. Equipment worked great and I thought the pricing was fair compared to competitors. I cleaned the machine before returning it and the owner was so appreciative of this that he went out of his way to thank me for doing what I thought was customary. Definitely a positive experience and always nice to support local.”

“Tina, whom I believe is a lead in the Garden Center, went above and beyond for me today. Not old did she offer great advice on a painted lady philodendron that I was going to buy, but she took the time, about 15 minutes, out of a very busy Saturday, to track down a price on a ceramic pot that I wanted to purchase that didn't have a label (was placed in a wrong spot with other ceramic pots). We went to the clearance section of the store, and she did some research on her device to find out that it was actually on clearance, and printed a label for me. Like I said, she could have just brushed me off, or lazily charged me full price, assuming that it was priced the same as the ones on the shelf, but she absolutely took the time to help me out AND save a few dollars at the same time. I really hope that Lowe's sees this and acknowledges her hard work!”

“Walked in, spoke with Joey, and walked out with a weed eater. I didn’t feel he was trying to sell me something. We had a discussion about my Dewalt weed eater. He offered to order one if I wanted since they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. He asked a couple of questions and made a recommendation that aligned with what I was thinking. The computer was having some issues taking my card, but the manager figured out how to do a work-around. Overall, I feel like I was taken care of by people who take pride in their work.”
