“I've been to this Discount tire twice now, both times for a flat tire and both times they were excellent! They always get my car in right away, and their assessment is free! If you need a patch, they will repair for free as well! Honestly unbelievable. I had a free patch on one of my cars, and second car ended up being unsafe to patch and they were quick to get us the tire we needed by the next day. “My wife and I are traveling from California to the North Carolina mountains. I was in a panic. I wear Costco Hearing Aids and I have a molded ear piece with a wax guard tip. I ran out of tips and while on the road called the Costco Hearing Aid center in Winston Salem and talked to Diana. She said come on in as they had the ear tips and removal picks. We went in and she was sooo friendly and helpul. Cleaned my aids and changed the tips and gave me extra plus a pack of batteries. What service....a big shout out to Diana for her excellent customer service !”
