“Went in yesterday because my Verizon bill had doubled and their customer service has become a joke, charging you a fee to speak with a person on the phone or in store getting help. My service was interrupted as I refused to pay it. I am a nurse traveling doing assessments which is impossible without gps so I had no clue where to go and landed at this store. They were able to move all my devices and phones over to their provider…mind you I have 6 wireless lines and 1 tablet…Mo’niya and Saul who helped me were fantastic. This was time consuming and Mo’niya never once became frustrated with me. I was able to save money all while adding home WiFi which works awesome! I am forever in their debt! I would recommend this store and provider to anyone!”

“We have had SO many struggles with Verizon. My dad passed away and helping my mother navigate the process with their cell phones has been a nightmare. Even after all of that her continued experience has been difficult. I’ll spare everyone all of those details. BUT tonight we finally just went to this Verizon store in Fuquay on our way to dinner hoping to finally get some actual help. Andy and Lawrence were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. In five minutes we had what we needed and were treated with care, respect, and service that any company would be deeply proud of. They truly know what they’re doing and truly care. If THEY were the entire Verizon experience we would definitely still be customers.”

“My experience at the Angier, NC location was very enjoyable. My partner and I have been looking to switch carriers and BOOST is definitely the way to go! Not only did we get service established but also got a great phone(Motorola Razor 2024) as well. Both Cris and Joana were professional, friendly and offered top-tier customer service. This location only had one Razor 2024 but thanks to Joana, who made a trip from the Raleigh location, we were both able to get set up and go home with these awesome new phones! Thank you Cris and Joana for taking such excellent care of us and we definitely will be keeping in touch. You ladies rock!!!”
