“I dropped my son's iPhone 11 Pro and a white line down the side of the screen was permanently showing. Everything else worked fine on the phone. I called TCR and they knew exactly what the problem and fix would be...and quoted me $160+tax and said it would take about 45 mins - 1 hour to fix. I asked if it was worth fixing the phone or just trade-in and get a new phone...and three different people that I talked to at the various TCR locations said it was worth fixing it.I came in yesterday to to the Fuquay location to get it fixed and was pleasantly surprised that Ryan fixed the phone in about 25 minutes.I did have to get a new screen protector since Ryan had to take off the previous one to fix the phone....and I got an Otterbox for the phone...both which were 20% off due to paying for it at the same time as fixing the phone.Great service, knowledgable staff, reasonable prices.”

“Me and my wife went to a major AT&T store only to be told they couldn't help us, so we went to the AT&T retail store on Eastside Athens. We was greeted at the door and Robin and Justin helped us and even stayed past closing to make sure we was satisfied, so if you looking to upgrade or swap carriers, I highly recommend going see them, they were professional at what they did and very friendly, will definitely be shopping with them from now on.”
