“From Mark picking up my car to updates from Philip, I felt that the service department at Capital Lincoln of Cary did a great job working on my car and keeping me informed. I got the very strong impression that all those who are working there are intent on giving good service and want to work with the owner to make sure issues are addressed and resolved.”

“Smoothest vehicle transaction I've ever had—and I've purchased over a dozen cars over the years. I requested an appointment to test drive a couple of options and met with David, who personally owns one of them. His detailed knowledge of every feature, setting, and recommendation aligned with my own research. Very helpful and zero pressure. I went home for lunch, sent my offer to Corey (sales manager), and we quickly came to an agreement. I returned and spent maybe 20 minutes in the finance office with Paul for signing—easily the fastest, most painless closing I've ever had. The dealership is very nice, everyone I encountered was cheerful and kind without any slimy sales vibes, and they offered great routes for a proper test drive. Very happy with my new car!”

“The transmission failed suddenly on our personal vehicle, and Silas at Enterprise on Team Hendrick Way quickly got us into an affordable rental car for a week. This enabled us to move forward with our vacation plans and shop for a new vehicle upon our return. Silas was courteous, personable, professional, and made the rental experience pleasurable.”

“My bad, didn't have time to finish my review. For the last 20 some odd years, my wife & I have patronized this company & have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is very friendly & professional. Literally, unless unavailable, Enterprise is the only car rental company worth your business. Thanks again, Big E!”

“Had a positive experience at Capital of Cary after having not such a positive experience from a neighboring dealership. Ms. April Flowers was so helpful and personal. She worked hard to meet my auto needs to help make a deal with my trade and get good deal on a new vehicle (Mazda.)”

“So far, so good. My car is in the shop for Front axles. The technician provided a video of his evaluation and recommendation along with estimate. I currently have a loaner. Thankful for this! Also, when researching, I looked at CarFax.com for reviews. This was a major factor in my decision to take my car to Capital in Cary though I live near Wake Forest.”

“Harrison was great. Super helpful and quick getting me set up in a rental car while my car was in the shop. Had issues at other locations so this experience was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Harrison!”
