“My membership card says I’ve been a member for about 19 years. With just two of us at home, the only real bulk buying we do is paper products, but we’ve found the meat counter to have consistently good steaks and the rest of the food selection is generally solid quality.
Clothing is a bit of a timing game. If you don’t grab what you want when it first appears, you’ll come back a week later and the only sizes left are XL and XXL. Glad to see the pharmacy moved to longer hours—that’s been a welcome change.
My only real complaint isn’t Costco—it’s the customers. A surprising number seem to drift into some kind of retail trance once they enter the store, parking their carts squarely in the middle of the aisle like they’ve just discovered meditation. And heaven forbid anyone looks before pulling out of an aisle intersection.
If autonomous driving technology keeps improving, I’d vote for Waymo-powered shopping carts.”

“$21.99 + tax for a propane tank exchange. Only thing I would change is maybe having the propane tanks inspected before delivery. Some of them are kinda' rough. Otherwise conveniently located. Wish Costco would reopen their gas pumps.”

“Patrick is the MAN!! Seriously the nicest human on the planet. He was the only person working (rush hour time) and our temporary plate came off in the car wash. I had called to say we were on our way back to look for it and he ran out and grabbed it for us so and kept it safe. Stellar human being! The store is always clean and the car wash is decent as well but Patrick is real MVP of the Circle K!”

“Today my daughter had her 1st accident on her 1st day of driving at this gas station. Instead of hitting the brakes she hit the gas and ran our car right into the poles protecting the pumps. The owner, bless his soul, came out IMMEDIATELY and assessed the car damaged and tried everything he could to help us. We all shared our terrible young driver moments to help my kid calm down and he treated us so good. We can't thank him enough for his concern, help, and calmness. We are forever grateful and forever patrons of this store/gas station.”

“We had a great experience!!! A year ago I bought tires through costco. .Today I got a nail in my tire and I immediately came here and they got it patched up and everything pretty quick even though they had a lot of people here and it was free.... I got to get a hot dog and look around at costco :) it's pretty standard to have to wait to get car work done...not sure why the other reviews complaining about wait time expected but we were in and out faster than any Jiffy etc.
Employees were super helpful and KIND. I was a walk in but they were able to take me anyways. This store is always one of the busiest but they are the best :)”

“This is a Breeze Thru Gas Station and convenience store right off of HWY 64, outside of Apex City limits. This means no beer or wine sold until noon on Sundays. This truly is a breeze to get in and out, even towing a boat. It's an awesome stop before hitting the lake. You can gas up the boat, stock the cooler, buy your ice and hit the clean gender neutral restroom. Large selection of chilled beverages, highly processed convenient store junk foods (candy, chips, etc.), lottery tickets, fountain drinks, and miscellaneous items. Don't expect anything healthy, locally sourced or low calorie. They do offer a few diet soft drinks. Overall a super convenient convenience store and 76 gas station. Clean, organized, well stocked and friendly cashier--Lettice is doing a great job this Sunday morning.”

“I'm sorry but this place was fun. You fly off the highway get gas then turn right back on highway. No turn here then there it was like a pit stop at the Indy 500, so cool. Oh and the bathroom was very very clean for being a highway bathroom like it was. Very impressed. Wish I took pictures.”

Let’s say you save $0.30 per gallon by filling up at Costco. If you pump 10 gallons, that’s a $3 savings; 20 gallons saves you $6. But now factor in the fuel it takes to drive from your home or workplace to Costco—plus the time spent in traffic, waiting in line, and driving back. Depending on the distance, you might burn a couple gallons just getting there and back, which could cancel out the savings entirely.
In that case, filling up at a nearby station—even at a slightly higher price—might actually be more cost-effective. You save time, conserve energy, and avoid the hassle. After all, time is one of the most limited resources we have.”
