A quick snapshot of my last experience recently at North Hills TirePros is that I had a few services completed including replacing a CV Axle, tire pressure monitor sensors, wheel bearing, and an oil pan set. First off, that should let you know that they do much more than tires. The services were performed efficiently, but the next morning I noticed a bit of a scraping sound, so I called Seth directly to ask him what he thought the problem was. He asked me to come in and said he would get it up on the rack right away. They figured out it was a part that didn't go quite right back in, so it was scraping the brakes. When Seth came to the waiting room to tell me, he had already ordered new brakes and rotors free of charge and would expedite them getting put on. He offered a ride back and forth from my place without a second thought. Dallas drove me back and forth and I really enjoyed the conversational ride. How many times have you wondered if you could trust the people working on your vehicle? I told Seth immediately that's why I trust him and continue to come back to North Hill TirePros. “The first time we went to this gas station I didn't know what to expect. From looking at the outside and the parking lot I didn't think much. Once inside I smelled the wonderful aroma of fried chicken! The staff was so friendly and provided top notch service. It was a long line growing and the young lady taking orders remained professional even with the customers complaining about the wait.. We waited 20 mins for fresh fried chicken and potato wedges. I don't regret waiting at all for some of the best fried chicken I've had from a gas station!!!! The chicken was seasoned to perfection and so juicy. If you go and it's a wait don't worry it will definitely be worth the wait. I must add that my husband enjoyed the hot dogs as well. Another charm in this store is all the old fashion candy, snacks and treats that they sale. We went around lunch hours and it was crowded and now I know why. We paid less than $8 for a whole dinner which included a breast, wing, roll, and potato wedges. This took me back to a valuable lesson don't judge a book by it's cover!!”
