“Writing this review because I think it's important to recognize when you come across a business that is honest & high-integrity. I recently brought a car to Tommy and his team because it wouldn't start. They worked on it for nearly a week, trying various things including replacing the throttle body, and (eventually) realized the issue was very simple-- it was the key. We tried my spare key and it started right up. (Apparently a malfunctioning transponder in the key can prevent the car from starting, but the expected security light on the dashboard wasn't coming on.) Now here's the surprising part -- Tommy waived the vast majority of the charges, so my cost was a fraction of what it might have been. (He even offered to waive 100% of charges if I wanted him to.) I was shocked, and really thankful. I will definitely use and recommend this shop in the future.”

“Seth, Dallas, and the entire team at North Hills TirePros are fantastic and more importantly, trustworthy. A quick snapshot of my last experience recently at North Hills TirePros is that I had a few services completed including replacing a CV Axle, tire pressure monitor sensors, wheel bearing, and an oil pan set. First off, that should let you know that they do much more than tires. The services were performed efficiently, but the next morning I noticed a bit of a scraping sound, so I called Seth directly to ask him what he thought the problem was. He asked me to come in and said he would get it up on the rack right away. They figured out it was a part that didn't go quite right back in, so it was scraping the brakes. When Seth came to the waiting room to tell me, he had already ordered new brakes and rotors free of charge and would expedite them getting put on. He offered a ride back and forth from my place without a second thought. Dallas drove me back and forth and I really enjoyed the conversational ride. How many times have you wondered if you could trust the people working on your vehicle? I told Seth immediately that's why I trust him and continue to come back to North Hill TirePros. Seth offered no excuses. He did what was right and I am incredibly grateful. I will always recommend North Hill TirePros and him. I will always go back. You should too.”

“I've been coming here for years. Especially love the American flag painting on the front of the building!!! Also like the upgraded fuel pump screens and high quality gas! But I'm leaving a review because, as a woman, I try to avoid filling up at night. Unfortunately, I needed gas and it was 9pm. I stopped here and felt completely safe. Plenty of light from the pumps and the building!! Thank you for keeping safety in mind, Exxon!!”
“Fair gas prices, and with the Harris Teeter VIC card I usually get $0.50 off gas prices every time I fill up. Only complaint is the lack of a convenience store. I understand the point is to go to the Harris Teeter store itself, but it's very inconvenient to cross the busy traffic of US401.”

“I live in the complex nearby, so I visit quite often and have never had a bad experience. Been coming to this gas station for 4 plus years. The staff is always so nice and funny.”
“I have used this station from time to time for regular gas only. I have gotten better gas mileage with regular gas from this station than some other stations (NOT Shell). The gasoline at this Family Fare is Shell gasoline. The out side is often a bit crowded (probably due to their low prices [ check Gasbuddy]). The appearance is neat and surprisingly clean for the amount of vehicles being served. Not a convenience store groupie and haven't been inside; but, have noticed a lot of foot traffic going and coming at the door. I use my Kroger 10 cent per gallon discount and my 5% credit card discounts at this station (I do not recommend Kroger gas even if free). 2016 Hyundai Elantra speaking”

“My car was broke down and I had no idea what to get to fix it, and turns out I put in the wrong type of gas. The cashier helped me buy some octane (I think that’s what it’s called) to help the car process the gas. He’s so helpful and I felt so welcome in this gas station compared to others. He basically saved my car and my job. My car started working in 30 minutes and I was only 10 minutes late to work rather than a no show. I will be returning to this location.”
