“I walked in today with my phone being unable to turn on and was greeted when I walked in the door. Aldale asked me what was going on and proceeded to look up my account while De got up and took the phone case apart. At the same time, my man Marshawn went to the back and grabbed a phone charger. Aldale was able to find out I had insurance and quickly handed me the information to contact the insurance provider. Within minutes, De had my phone booting up, ready to go! Since I bought the lifetime screen protector, Aldale was kind enough to grab it, and Marshawn installed it himself. Talk about teamwork. I was in and out within minutes and got back to work in time from my lunch break. 5 stars!”
